Devin Le
Economics and Finance Student at The University of Texas at Austin
Background
About Me
I was born and raised in Vietnam, where I lived until the ninth grade before moving to the United States. Adjusting to a new country, language, and education system taught me to adapt quickly, work hard, and remain open to new opportunities. After completing high school in the United States, I was accepted to The University of Texas at Austin, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Finance and Real Estate.
My professional interests include real estate development, investment analysis, and finance. As a Development Intern at Bercy Chen Studio, I contributed to market research, property underwriting, capital stack analysis, and investor-facing presentations for real estate projects. I also gained valuable exposure to the way institutional lenders evaluate major development opportunities.
Beyond my academic and real estate experience, I have developed strong leadership and customer service skills as a shift leader at Simply Pho House. I also previously operated a sneaker resale business, where I managed inventory, negotiated bulk purchases, and built an online sales platform.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new restaurants and maintaining an active lifestyle. I regularly work out, play basketball and pickleball, and go running.
